Did You Know - Teatro Theater
Did you know that in the late 1990's the Teatro theater in downtown Oxnard was converted to a recording studio. Bob Dylan drove his pickup truck from his home in Malibu to record and shoot pool with the locals. Wille Nelson and Emily Lou Harris, among many others, also recorded there.
In September of this year, Tony Biasotti, a reporter for the Ventura County Star, wrote this article on the history of the recording sessions at the Teatro. You can view the article here:
